Guide to specs of HTC U19e and HTC Desire 19+ the new smartphones in Australia
Few months back HTC launched its new mid range smartphones the HTC U19e and HTC Desire 19+. Launched first in its homeland Taiwan, the HTC U19e has an impressive-sounding 6-inch OLED display, with a 2160 x 1080 resolution, as well as a 3,930mAh battery, 24MP and 2MP dual camera rear array, and 6GB – although it has a middling Snapdragon 710 processor.
It’s reportedly on sale for AU$680 so it’s the high-end handset of the two.The HTC Desire U19 Plus will have a 6.2-inch display, three-camera setup consisting of a 13MP main sensor, 8MP sensor with ultra-wide angle lens and 5MP depth sensor, and a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor as opposed to the U19e’s in-screen sensor. The HTC U19e
The HTC U19e comes with larger bezels than what you have seen on other devices, but at least it doesn’t have a notch. It packs a 6.0-inch OLED panel at 1080×2160 resolution. Internally, you’ll find the Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 and 6 GB of RAM which are more than enough to power your game apps. It also has 128GB of internal storage. The device has a respectable 3,930 mAh battery, too. As for the camera, you’ll find a dual rear 12MP f/1.8 aperture lens + 20MP f/2.6 aperture telephoto lens. The HTC U19e is available in two colors: Extraordinary Purple and Modest Green and is priced accordingly for 4GB/64GB and 6GB/128GB models. HTC U19e runs on Android 9 Pie with HTC Sense on top.
The HTC Desire 19+
The HTC Desire 19+ is second new phone launched. It is less powerful than the U19e with the MediaTek Helio P35 SoC and 4GB starting RAM option. The battery is 3,850 mAh in capacity while the display is a 6.2-inch HD+ water-drop notch panel. This device has a triple rear camera system with a 13MP lens, 8MP ultra wide-angle lens, and a 5MP depth sensor. Though, there is only one 16MP camera on the front. This phone comes in two storage variants also. The base variant offers 4 GB RAM and 64 GB internal storage. The second storage variant offers 6 GB RAM and 128 GB storage
